Based on the digital background, this study discusses the digital coordination mechanism in physical education teaching, the value embodiment of digital empowerment in college physical education teaching, and the response to ethical risks, and proposes measures to promote the sustainable development of college physical education teaching empowered by digital technology, so as to provide reference for the reform of college physical education teaching.
