Research on The Transformation of Talent Cultivation Mode in Suzhou Vocational Colleges Driven by Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is driving the digital transformation of education. As a highland of manufacturing and digital economy, Suzhou's vocational college talent training model needs to adapt to the industrial needs of the intelligent era. This article focuses on the transformation of talent cultivation models driven by AI, analyzes the reconstruction of AI on training objectives, curriculum systems, teaching paradigms, and evaluation mechanisms, and explores collaborative transformation paths based on Suzhou's industrial characteristics. The aim is to provide support for the digital transformation of regional higher vocational education, help cultivate suitable talents, and serve Suzhou's industrial upgrading.
