Overseas Wenzhou businessmen, as an important part of the overseas Chinese business community, have actively expanded on the global economic stage and achieved remarkable results. However, with the complex and volatile international situation, overseas Wenzhou businessmen are facing numerous interest - related risks and challenges. This paper analyzes the current development situation of overseas Wenzhou businessmen, sorts out the types and causes of their overseas interest losses, and explores strategies for constructing an overseas interest protection mechanism from multiple dimensions such as the Chinese government, social organizations, and the enterprises themselves. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for the protection and expansion of the interests of overseas Wenzhou businessmen.
