Abstract

This research explores the use of mindfulness in team management to enhance collaboration, leadership, and performance. Using bibliometric tools (Web of Science, CiteSpace, VOSviewer), the study analyzes literature trends and finds that mindfulness improves team cooperation, reduces stress, and strengthens decision-making. The study concludes that mindfulness effectively enhances team outcomes and suggests future research across diverse cultural and organizational settings.
