Research on Employment Problems of China's Gig Economy Under Algorithm Guidance

Against the backdrop of algorithm-driven labor market transformation, China's gig economy grapples with structural tensions between employment innovation and labor rights protection. The research centers on "employment in China's gig economy under algorithmic guidance". Contradictions stem from the mismatch between algorithmic control and existing labor governance. The traditional system faces hurdles like liability-identification failures.A multi-faceted approach of "technical ethics reconstruction+institutional innovation+social collaboration" is proposed: clarify legal boundaries, promote algorithm transparency, strengthen supervision and collective bargaining, and boost employment security. Future research should focus on public-driven algorithm governance and cross-platform rights protection for a balance between gig economy growth and rights safeguarding, offering a Chinese model for digital-age labor governance and policy insights.
