Against the backdrop of global economic digital transformation, Master of International Business (MIB) education urgently requires systematic reform. Taking the 2023-2024 cultivation programs of 20 MIB institutions nationwide as samples, this paper uses Python jieba word segmentation and word frequency analysis to extract seven core competency objectives. On this basis, it proposes a knowledge system restructuring scheme integrating artificial intelligence technology and a "Broad-Specialized-Integrated" curriculum system, and designs an AI-driven virtual simulation practice platform and structured case library. The study shows that current MIB cultivation programs are clearly insufficient in coverage of keywords such as data analytics and AI application. The reform plan proposed in this paper can systematically improve students' technology-driven decision-making capabilities while preserving traditional international business advantages. The research provides an actionable curriculum design framework and implementation pathway for MIB educational reform.
