Abstract

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key path to accelerating the cultivation and development of new productivity and a crucial link in the integration of science, technology, and the economy. This article, using a SWOT analysis, comprehensively analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of scientific and technological achievement transformation in Suzhou's new R&D institutions. It also offers strategic recommendations for innovating systems and mechanisms, optimizing talent recruitment and training, strengthening industry-university-research collaboration, and enhancing the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements.
