Abstract

The Shuikoushan Workers' Movement is an important chapter in the history of the Chinese labor movement and even the history of the Chinese revolution. The "unyielding spirit of struggle, unbreakable spirit of unity, and selfless and fearless spirit of dedication" nurtured by it are organic components of the spiritual spectrum of Chinese Communists, which are highly consistent with patriotism, collectivism, and core socialist values. Promoting the integration of the Shuikoushan Workers' Movement Spirit into the ideological and political education curriculum in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions is of great contemporary value for enriching local red educational resources, connecting the educational lineage of revolutionary spirit, and cultivating the striving character of new-era individuals. At present, some schools have launched preliminary explorations in applying Shuikoushan's red resources to education; however, practical teaching still faces problems such as fragmented content, ambiguous inter-stage connections, traditional teaching methods, and formalized inter-school cooperation. Based on systematic thinking and adhering to the laws of students' cognitive development, this study constructs an implementation framework for integrating the Shuikoushan Workers' Movement Spirit into the ideological and political education curriculum in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions from three dimensions: goal hierarchical design, content gradient connection, and faculty collaborative development.
