This paper addresses the shortcomings in the public legal service system of Puguang Economic Development Zone in Xuanhan County, such as difficulties for enterprises in obtaining professional legal services in a timely manner, which increases production and operational risks and costs, and leads to instability within the zone. To resolve these issues and achieve the goal of "resolving minor issues within the zone and settling disputes locally," suggestions are proposed from six aspects: establishing a comprehensive public legal service platform, forming a professional team, innovating legal publicity models, carrying out the "Three Entries" legal publicity activities, facilitating legal aid channels for disadvantaged groups, and organizing mobile "legal health check" specialized services. The aim is to build a sound public legal service system and create a high-quality rule-of-law busi-ness environment within the zone.
