The integration of DeepSeek technology into the field of legal profession can bring various conveniences, but more attention should be paid to its potential risks. Specifically, the application of DeepSeek in this field is accompanied by technological risks, ethical risks, and legal risks. To address these risks arising from the technological transformation of the legal profession, the following measures should be taken: First, in terms of ideology, we must firmly establish the "human-centered" ethical concept of the rule of law—constructing the "hu-man-centered" ethical principles for the rule of law and clarifying the object positioning of intelligent technology products in the field of legal profession. Second, in terms of methodology, we need to standardize the alignment between legal norms related to generative artificial intelligence and the ethical and moral standards of human society—refining the algorithmic ethics system and clari-fying the legalization of the ethical responsibilities of relevant subjects. Third, in terms of implementation approaches, the technical departments of intelligent technology enterprises should attach importance to the combination of self-regulation and external supervision, as well as the integration of rigid regu-lations and flexible clauses. Through these efforts, the integration of DeepSeek into the legal profession can achieve development in line with the principle of "doing good".
