Abstract

This paper aims to explore the optimization strategies for the teaching content of management communication courses from the perspective of ideological and political education. It analyzes the significance of integrating ideological and political education into the current management communication courses and examines the deficiencies in the existing teaching content in terms of ideological and political integration. Through multiple aspects such as mining ideological and political elements, reconstructing teaching modules, and updating case ma-terials, specific optimization strategies are proposed to enhance the ideological and political education effect of management communication courses[1].
